RETURNS
All Returns must be authorized by a ProMask AB Representative VIA email or phone. Any Unauthorized Returns will be refused at delivery and returned to the sender. All items being returned must be accompanied by the original invoice. All items must be received by within the warranty period. Any equipment soiled, marked or worn on the ice for any length of time in not returnable. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any and All Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Warranty on goalie cage are 1 mounth from the date of purchase Warranty on goalie mask shell is 1 year from the date of purchase There are NO Warranties on Custom Paint Jobs.
PAINTING
ProMask/Reebok do not under any circumstances take responsibility or complaints on the mask if the mask is repainted neither the mask or the paint. However we can replace the damage part if an authorized painter has been used through us,but no painting or artwork can be replaced/compensated by us.
